the original video producers, and

laws and international treaties.

and related hand-outs of the BLOSSOMS
learning videos are licensed under
a Creative Commons’ Attribution-Noncommercial-Share
Alike 3.0 license. (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/3.0/us).
Any material under copyright held
by a third party may be subject to
additional intellectual property notices,
information or restrictions. Please
refer to the Credit section of the
videos and hand-outs to identify third-party
material, as such material may pose
additional restrictions.

MIT interpretation
of “non-commercial”
Non-commercial use means that users
may not sell, profit from, or commercialize
BLOSSOMS learning videos or hand-outs,
or works derived from them. For example,
MIT considers any use of BLOSSOMS
learning videos and handouts for the
purpose of deriving profit to be prohibited
commercial use. Note that there are
additional requirements (attribution
and share alike) spelled out in our
license.

The MIT BLOSSOMS Initiative is committed
to protecting your privacy. We do
not collect personally identifiable
information about you unless you voluntarily
provide it. If you voluntarily provide
your email address or other contact
information, we might use it to inform
you of changes to BLOSSOMS, to survey
you about your use or opinion of the
initiative, or to ask for your support.
At your request, we will remove your
contact information from our files.
We do not make your contact information
or any other personally identifiable
information available to anyone outside
the BLOSSOMS Initiative or its service
providers (who use the information
only for authorized BLOSSOMS purposes)
unless we are legally required to
